We regret that we will be unable to assist you after 15 days.


If someone wishes to exchange some product he didn’t find the size he ordered, giving the right fit. We would love to offer such an exchange without charging a penny. You just need to pay the delivery charges which will surely depend on the size and weight of the article.

You might be facing some issues with the product’s design and shading when compared to the picture on the site. All you can do is just send us the snapshots of the product highlighting the issues within 7 business days. Do remember, that this consolidation won’t work for the products without price tags.

The request for changing the size of the product should be made within 24 hours. If the period exceeds 24 hours, you’ll be charged an additional 30% percent of the total amount you paid. This offer is only valid for up to 5 days of order collection.


The shipping fees would be charged if you wanted to return the item without a valid explanation according to the shipment.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require you to provide photos of the damage or defect for our records.


You must solicit your purchase within 24 hours, and you may also request a cancellation within that time frame. After receiving the request, we will credit the buyer’s account in full. The following conditions will come into effect if you don’t: If the cancellation is made after 24 hours after placing the order, 25% of the total payment will be removed.
