10 DAYS EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached moreover, you received a product that doesn’t fit properly or you simply want to exchange it for a different size or color, we offer return and exchange within after 10 days of the delivery date. please contact our customer service team ([email protected]) with both shipping label details. If someone wishes to exchange some product he didn’t find the size he ordered, giving the right fit. We would love to offer such an exchange without charging a penny. You just need to pay the delivery charges which will surely depend on the size and weight of the article.
You might be facing some issues with the product’s design and shading when compared to the picture on the site. All you can do is just send us the snapshots of the product highlighting the issues within 7 business days. Do remember, that this consolidation won’t work for the products without price tags.
The request for changing the size of the product should be made within 24 hours. If the period exceeds 24 hours, you’ll be charged an additional 30% percent of the total amount you paid. This offer is only valid for up to 5 days of order collection.
